Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use growthuper.com or engage GrowthUper LLC for digital marketing, analytics and conversion tracking services.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
01Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of growthuper.com and any services provided by GrowthUper LLC ("GrowthUper", "we", "us"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal, statement of work or agreement exists for your project, that document takes priority where it differs from these terms.
02Services
GrowthUper provides digital marketing, web analytics and conversion tracking services, including:
- Google Ads management and conversion tracking
- Meta Ads management, Meta Pixel and Conversions API setup
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup and auditing
- Google Tag Manager implementation
- Server-side tracking
- Shopify and WooCommerce ecommerce tracking
- Lead generation and form tracking
- Marketing analytics, reporting and tracking audits
- Consultation and implementation services
The exact services, deliverables and timeline for each engagement are defined in its proposal, invoice or order.
03Quotes, Pricing and Invoicing
We do not sell services through an online checkout on this website. Each engagement is quoted individually. Before you pay, your written quote or invoice states the service being purchased, the price and currency (normally US dollars), whether the payment is one-time or recurring, what is included and the expected delivery timeframe.
Direct payments are made through a Stripe invoice or payment link. Orders placed through Fiverr are priced, paid and governed by Fiverr’s terms.
04Payment Terms
- One-time projects: payment is due as stated on the invoice, either in full before work starts or in agreed milestones.
- Monthly retainers: recurring services, such as ongoing ads management or reporting, are billed monthly in advance until cancelled. You can cancel at any time as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Late payment: work may be paused while an invoice is overdue.
- Advertising spend: ad budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platform and are not part of our fees.
05Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts, websites and tools needed for the work.
- Make sure you have the right to grant that access and to collect the data being tracked.
- Maintain your own consent banner, privacy policy and legal compliance for your website and marketing.
- Review deliverables and report any issues within a reasonable time.
06Project Delivery and Revisions
Delivery timeframes are estimates that start once we have the access and information needed. Each project includes the revisions stated in its scope. If something we implemented does not work as agreed, tell us and we will fix it within the agreed scope. New requests, or changes needed because of later website or platform updates, may be quoted separately.
07Tracking and Advertising Results
We implement tracking according to platform documentation and agreed requirements, and manage campaigns using reasonable professional judgment. Reported numbers can differ between platforms because of consent choices, ad blockers, browser restrictions, attribution models and platform processing. We do not guarantee specific data completeness, conversion volumes, sales, return on ad spend or other marketing results.
08Third-Party Platforms
Our work depends on platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress and hosting providers. These platforms may change their features, policies or APIs, and they decide on ad approvals and account restrictions. We are not responsible for outages, account decisions or changes made by third parties, but we will help you adapt where it is within the agreed scope.
09Cancellations and Refunds
How cancellations and refunds work, including for monthly retainers, duplicate payments and projects in progress, is explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10Intellectual Property
After full payment, you own the tracking configurations, containers, dashboards and documentation created specifically for your project, and you may use and modify them for your business. We keep ownership of our general methods, templates and know-how, and may reuse them in other work without including your confidential information.
11Confidentiality and Account Access
We keep your account access, data and business information confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed services. We recommend that you remove our access to your accounts once a project is complete.
12Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GrowthUper is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data or advertising spend. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.
13Resolving Disputes
If you are unhappy with our work or a charge, please email info@growthuper.com first, describing the issue and including your invoice number. We reply within 1 business day and will work with you in good faith to resolve it, which may include fixing the work or a refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We ask that you contact us before opening a payment dispute with your bank. Fiverr orders are resolved through Fiverr’s resolution process.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update our services, this website and these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page and do not affect work already agreed in writing. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
