This Privacy Policy explains how GrowthUper LLC ("GrowthUper", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through growthuper.com, through our contact form and booking link, and while we provide digital marketing, web analytics and conversion tracking services to clients.

02Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject, website URL (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
• Call bookings: when you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and meeting notes, and shares them with us.
• Client project information: information you share during an engagement, such as access to tag manager containers, analytics properties, ad accounts or store settings, and related business details.
• Billing information: your name, email address, business details and payment records for invoices. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe’s secure payment pages and processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested in order to deliver and protect the website.

03How We Use Information

• To reply to enquiries and schedule calls.
• To prepare proposals, deliver projects and provide support.
• To send invoices, process payments, handle refunds and keep business and tax records.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact form details for unrelated marketing lists.

04Cookies and Analytics

At the time of this update, this website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing cookies, and it does not set cookies for visitors who are not logged in. Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google under its own privacy terms.

If we add analytics or advertising tools to this website in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

05Contact Form Submissions

When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent by email to our business inbox so we can respond. Please do not include passwords, account credentials or sensitive personal information in a form message. If we need access to an account for a project, we will ask you to grant it through the platform’s own user-access settings.

06Payments

Clients who work with us directly pay through invoices or payment links processed by Stripe. Stripe handles card and payment details under its own privacy policy and security standards. Clients who order through Fiverr pay through Fiverr, and Fiverr’s privacy policy applies to that payment.

07Sharing With Service Providers

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose. These include:

• Website hosting and email (Hostinger)
• Call scheduling (Calendly)
• Payment processing (Stripe), and Fiverr for marketplace orders
• The advertising and analytics platforms a client asks us to work in, such as Google, Meta or Shopify, under that client’s own accounts

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights in a legal dispute. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies. Links to external websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

08Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy, for example to respond to you, deliver and support a project, or meet tax, accounting and legal record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

09Data Security

This website is served over a secure HTTPS connection. During projects we ask for the minimum account access needed and recommend that you remove our access once the work is complete. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, email info@growthuper.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time and within any period required by applicable law.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
